How to increase the stamina?
Stamina is the continuous energy produced by the body for an activity. Increasing the stamina is must to be success. How to increase the stamina??? Athletes always work on, to increase the stamina. The simple tips followed by them are walking long distances, swimming, cycling and skipping. Increasing the stamina is a gradual process but not an instant one. The exercises done have to be increased gradually every week. When you perform a 1 mile walk this week increase it to 1.5 or 2 next week. Straining a lot or trying to do overloading may cause damage to your health. Walking can improve the efficiency of your heart and lungs, increase your energy level, strengthen the muscles in your legs and help promote a good rest. Swimming is also a very good to increase the stamina.
